SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery
All orders placed before 2pm on Monday to Friday are dispatched the next working day, subject to availability.
Any orders placed over the weekend or Bank Holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email letting you know and this will also include any tracking numbers, if applicable.
Standard Delivery (excluding Blanks Firing western Guns)
For all UK orders standard delivery will be charged at £3.35 and is sent via Royal Mail or courier depending on the items/s being sent as some items such as gas and batteries can only be sent via certain couriers. This service normally delivers in 2-5 working days.
48HR Delivery (Excluding Blank Firing Western Guns)
48HR delivery is charged at £6.75
Blank firing Western Guns Delivery
£12 delivery, this will include delivery within 48hrs and signed for.
Store Collection
you can arrange with us to come and collect your item/s.

Our policy is to pack and ship your goods within 24 hours of receiving your order (Mon-Fri only). The "automated" estimated delivery time is provided by Royal Mail and is a guide only and we are not responsible for when they deliver.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
As customers ourselves we know that being able to return items for any reason is very important.
Therefore we offer a 30-day returns policy which means you can return your items for a full refund (or exchange) within 30 days of receipt.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when received with all original packaging and labels intact. Please do not remove tags or discard packaging if you intend to return items for any reason.
The cost of the return will be paid by the customer.
If your items are damaged or defective please contact us so we can assist you.

Once we have received this information we confirm the return and you can return the items to us.
